Returns and Refunds Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, we offer returns within 14 days of order delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
Right of Withdrawal
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, as established by the Consumer Code, without having to provide a reason.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, the item must be returned:
- In the same condition as received
- Intact, unworn and free from damage
- Complete with labels, original packaging and attached documents
Returns will not be accepted for items showing signs of use, alterations, or odors.
Items on sale
Products purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers are not subject to returns or refunds.
Alternative refund options
As an alternative to the traditional refund, the customer can request:
- A store credit that can be used on our website, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective items or an error on our part.
Return Procedure
To start the procedure, you must contact us via email providing:
- Name and surname
- Order number
- Item you intend to return
All instructions to correctly complete the return will be provided.
Reimbursement
After receiving and verifying the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The valid version is always the one published on the website on the date the return request is submitted.
