Welcome to Fur & Furs.

Access to and use of the site, as well as the purchase of available products, imply acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

We invite you to read them carefully before proceeding with your order.

1. General Information

The Fur & Furs website is dedicated to the online sale of new, vintage, and regenerated fur garments.

By making a purchase, the customer declares to:

  • have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions;
  • be of legal age;
  • provide truthful and complete information.

2. Products

All items for sale are described as accurately as possible.

Since many items are vintage or refurbished, they may have slight imperfections due to age, which are always noted in the description.

Colors and textures may vary slightly depending on the device used for viewing.

Fur & Furs is not responsible for such differences.

3. Prices

The prices shown are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT, where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Fur & Furs may change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Payment Methods

The main payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • Other secure methods available at checkout

Payment is required in advance to confirm your order.

5. Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times depend on the courier selected and the destination.

Any delays not attributable to Fur & Furs do not give rise to refunds.

6. Returns and Refunds

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, as provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

To be accepted, the return must meet the requirements described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Items on sale

Sale or promotional products are not returnable.

Store credit

As an alternative to a refund, the customer can request a purchase credit valid for 12 months.

7. Product availability

Availability is updated in real time, but in rare cases a product may no longer be available after you order.

In this case, the customer will be contacted to:

  • immediate refund
  • or replacement with another item, if desired.

8. Use of the site

The customer undertakes to:

  • do not use the site for illegal purposes;
  • do not attempt to access restricted areas or internal computer systems;
  • Do not use any content on this site for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All content (text, photographs, logos, graphics) is the exclusive property of Fur & Furs.

Copying, reproduction, or distribution without written consent is prohibited.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is processed in compliance with current legislation and according to our Privacy Policy, which can be found on the website.


11. Limitation of Liability

Fur & Furs is not responsible for:

  • malfunctions due to the network or force majeure;
  • improper use of the products by the customer;
  • any chromatic differences due to displays.

12. Changes to the Terms

Fur & Furs may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The valid version is always the one published on the website at the time of the order.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

For any disputes, the court of the consumer's residence or domicile will have jurisdiction.
